The third book in the Wayhas of Walker’s Run series is emotionally gritty and demands reader’s attention right from the start. Readers that have read the previous books can’t help but be excited to read to Tristan’s story as they have already gotten to know the wolfan. They won’t be disappointed as Nel and Tristan’s chemistry is magnetic and draws reads to their story with a strong, magnetic pull evens as it draws Tristan and Nel closer together. The romance is sweet but not with obstacles which adds to the turmoil and the depth of the story because no matter how ready Nel is to explore new things, she knows Tristan has secrets and those secrets are keeping them apart.

Lots of events add to the turmoil taking place during Tristan and Nel’s relationship which adds the suspense and excitement in the story and keeps readers holding their breath in anticipation of what will happen when everything comes to a head and past secrets are revealed as well as current secrets. Once again, the author’s description of the events and the characters brings it to vivid life, making it easy for the readers to feel as if they are right there with them while the tight knit community continues to fascinate readers and invite them back for more.
