Review: Divine Ecstasy (Guardians of the Realms #8) Setta Jay

Divine Ecstasy (The Guardians of the Realms Book 8) - BookBlinders Reviews, Setta Jay

Sasha’s spent thousands of years since battling to protect the four Realms but the last battle left her in poison induced coma that all are unable to heal. The last thing anyone imagines is that a God with the strength and potential to unravel her entire world would awaken her in this divine paranormal romance.

Hades was awakened to help the Guardians in their quest to find his heinous brother, Apollo but a brutal battle has left him in need of healing and the readers can’t help but be ensnared as Hades finds himself drawn into the room of a sleeping seductress. This relationship is definitely one of divine making – you have a woman who was a slave to demented gods so therefore doesn’t want anything to do with them and a god who is the biggest playboy ever created which means that this story is full of emotional turmoil that grips the readers by the heart but also keeps on the edge of their seat in anticipation.

The majority of the story is full of spine tingling tension and sizzling passion as Hades and Sasha work on handling their relationship but the excitement and intrigue doesn’t stop there, you also have Hades’ son Pothos having to come to terms with some revelations about his mother and of course the evil Triplets are still causing chaos from their prison and there is that other realm full of gods that has godnapped Apollo, so there is never a dull moment as the readers are kept glued to pages with all the intriguing events taking place.

Once again, Setta Jay’s strong, compelling characters drew me into their world and refused to let go and with the happenings at the end involving Pothos, it looks like things are going to be even more fascinating than ever and I can’t wait.
