The chemistry between Dante and Jessica is fiery with lots of flying sparks but the relationship is on a way trip to no man’s land as Jessica’s secret threatens to destroy their entire world, which keeps emotions rolling with lots of angst throughout the story. As with the first story, all the characters are strong and engaging ensuring that readers want to know everyone’s story and this second book introduces some new characters and some new elements, giving readers more to look forward to.

The plot is fast paced and full of thrilling suspense and adrenaline pumping excitement as Jessica investigates a series of crimes that will lead her to a betrayal and the realization of just what her loyalties will cost her. Some surprising twists adds spice and keeps readers guessing and the fascinating world ensures that they keep their eyes glued to the pages until the very end.
